MARCH 7, 2009 Farmingdale, NY THE TOUR BUS - CHICKEN SLATTERY This is the signature dish of my friend Matt Slattery.  Matt came out to visit us in Long Island, and he didn’t show up empty handed.  He showed up with two pans of this wonderful creation. Chicken Slattery consists of nugget sized chunks of chicken, dredged in flour and lightly fried, combined with hot sauce and  blue cheese then covered with melted cheddar cheese.  I’ve never had this right out of the oven, but I can tell you that it heats up really well.  Think buffalo chicken smothered with cheese. Both pans of this were seized and eaten between approximately 2:00 and 2:08 am, after we got back from the bar with the Hollywood Undead guys.  Speaking of the bar…
